This is the official website of From Excel to Tally (FETT”).
This website (https://fromexceltotally.com) that FETT may specify from time to time, ("Website") is owned and operated by FETT. The access to and use of this Website is subject to the following terms and conditions of use ("Terms"). Please read the Terms very carefully as they shall apply to all Users of this Website. A User may opt for services through this Website only if he accepts and abides by all of the Terms. FETT may periodically change these Terms without notice.
"Services" means the service provided by FETT to Users, whereby a User can convert their data from excel format into a Tally compliant XML format for easy import.
"User" shall mean any person who is boarded on the FETT platform for using this Website and/or who transacts or avails of the Services through this Website. The term "User" shall also cover such personnel of any User who are authorized to avail of the Services on behalf of the User.
A User represents and warrants that he has full power and authority for using the Services and is in strict compliance of all laws.
We accept NO responsibility if using this application results in corrupted / lost / incorrect Tally data.
Use of Services
The Services may be used by User for converting data from excel format into Tally compliant XML format.
FETT does not warrant the suitability of the Website for the specific usage and requirements of each individual User. Each User must satify himself of this independently.
FETT will do it's best to keep the Website running continously, however from time to time there may be outages due to maintenance or other events out of it's control. The Services do not include any committment for specific uptime guarantees / site availability.
Pricing
In consideration for the Services, FETT may charge a fees for usage of part or all of the Website as may be decided from time to time. FETT can add / remove any charges at its own behest without any prior intimation. All prices displayed on the Website are exclusive of applicable taxes. Where FETT is registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST), applicable GST is added to the displayed price and shown separately at checkout before payment is taken.
Credits and Unlimited Plans
FETT offers two kinds of paid access to the Services: credit packs and unlimited plans.
A credit pack is a prepaid, single-purpose instrument redeemable only against the Services, at the rate in effect at the time of purchase. Credit packs are not a store of value for any other purpose and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash. The supply is treated as complete, and any tax applicable at the time of purchase is charged, when credits are issued to a User's account -- regardless of when, or whether, those credits are subsequently used.
An unlimited plan is a fixed-period subscription granting unrestricted use of the Services for the stated duration (1, 3, or 12 months) from the date of purchase. The supply is treated as complete, and any tax applicable at the time of purchase is charged, for the full subscription period, at the time of purchase.
Buyer State Declaration
At checkout, a User is required to declare the state in India from which the Services are being availed. This declaration is used to determine the place of supply for tax purposes and, where applicable, is shown on the tax invoice issued for that purchase. A User represents and warrants that the state declared is accurate. FETT is not responsible for any tax consequence arising from an inaccurate declaration.
Termination
FETT shall have the right, in its sole discretion, for any or no reason, and without penalty, to suspend or terminate a User’s use of the Website and its Services or any part thereof, with or without notice.
Refunds and Cancellations
Credits once purchased are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
